Thanks for your response. This is actually odd if it doesn't work with apple OEM cable. Actually, I have tried many cables which includes Apple original, A cable from Mercedes and a good quality third party cable from Amazon. Everything works but the Apple Maps doesn't shows turn-by-turn directions. I will try a shorter cable and see if that's. When on carplay and the directions are on; the instrument panel Turn-by-turn is not working. It keeps saying Turn by Turn Waiting for Smartphone. ( as shown in the image) I called Honda and they confirmed that it is an Apple issue as it is working on the Android Auto and only iphone users have reported it not working. Any fix or update for this.
